1. Who we are
Ohzehn Group LTD (Delaware) is the operator of ohzehn-tex.com and the owner of the OHZEHN-TEX™ registered trademark, including the brand mark, badge, and palette.
2. What this site is
The site describes OHZEHN-TEX™, a licensed-ingredient performance textile platform offered to apparel manufacturers and brand owners. The site is informational. Nothing on it is a binding offer of sale. Pricing, lead times, and minimums are confirmed only in a written agreement signed by both parties.
3. Permitted use
You may view the content for personal evaluation. You may not scrape the site at scale, train models on it without our consent, frame it, or use the OHZEHN-TEX™ mark in any way that suggests endorsement of a product we have not licensed. Press, analyst, and licensing inquiries: dougie@ohzehn.com.
4. Intellectual property

The site links to other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices, or anything you do on them.
6. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Performance data is independently tested and disclosed in good faith, but specific batch results may vary. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ohzehn Group LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the site. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case the limitation will apply to the maximum extent permitted.
